Welcome to M<span style='font-variant: small-caps'>agnifide</span> Web Services

Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (NYSE:FIS) offers MAGNIFIDE Web Services, your one-stop shop for data on demand.

MAGNIFIDE Web Services Data and Services on Demand is FIS' technology platform linking mortgage lenders and service providers with robust data access and integration capabilities. Using a service-oriented architecture and Web Service technology standards, the universal platform provides access to third party data and services and to lender data housed on FIS' flagship Mortgage Servicing Package (MSP).

Order Exchange

The Order Exchange is an application developed by FIS featuring a graphical user interface that enables authorized users to place orders for MSP and third-party data and services via the Internet. Users of the Order Exchange could be a mortgage servicer's customer service representatives, tellers from an affiliated bank, title agents, closing attorneys or default service providers, as examples.

In addition to third-party services such as broker price opinions (BPOs) and title documents, authorized users can place orders for FIS' Payoff Express and FIS' Dynamic Loan View drawing from loan records housed on FIS' Mortgage Servicing Package (MSP). In every case, Web services work behind the scenes to promote standardization and rapid response to loan-level requests from the industry at large.

The Order Exchange also enables authorized users to track the status of placed orders and to view detailed and summary level reports on orders placed via FIS' user interface.

Admin Suite

FIS' Administrative Suite (Admin Suite) is a robust facility for configuring and administering user rights to the Order Exchange. User-friendly navigation tools enable participating user companies to create end user profiles and to assign unique roles and privileges to employees authorized to place orders online using the Order Exchange.

The Admin Suite places ultimate control and flexibility in the hands of User Company Administrators (UCAs) by empowering them to dictate who has access to place orders within their respective companies.

The UCA can also view company-level reports online from the Admin Suite. The reports are categorized as Company Usage Reports and Provider Service Reports, enabling the administrator to filter by user, provider, product, date range or order status.
